In Propublic we have started a collaboration with the Youth Centre in Randers municipality with a focus on quality in the use of knowledge in their daily work with vulnerable young people.

The collaboration will be running over the next six months, where we will create focus on effective mechanisms in initiatives directed at vulnerable young people through field work, management consulting and workshops.

In addition, we undertake a journal-based effect documentation of some of the Youth Centre’s closed cases for the purpose of analysis and mapping of characteristics of cases that reach their objective and cases that don’t.

Collectively we create a foundation for the Youth Centre to gain knowledge about how their organization is/can be supporting their professional practice, and how a future strengthening and revision of knowledge collaboration in the organization can be created for the benefit of both leaders, employees and citizens.
