In this course, we explore how flexibility, relationship work and systematic method description can come together in a description of our social efforts. As a course participant, you will be introduced to the latest research on the latest research on effective elements in the organization and execution of social work and on how to work with a systematic description of the methods you use in your social efforts, without compromising the need for flexibility. 

In the second part of the course, you will work concretely with a method description of a self-chosen effort.

The teaching includes presentations from the teacher with minor exercises and a workshop, where the participants work with a self-chosen effort / method in collaboration with other participants and the teacher. It is therefore important that each participant has selected an effort from their own practice, which can be used as a case at the workshop.

After the course, participants will be able to:

• Understand and use the latest research in social work.
• Work systematically with a description of the methods you use in your social efforts.
• Use method description to strengthen the handling of social efforts.
